How quickly can I get a service booked?
Most customers receive an instant quote through our online form. Once you accept a quote and confirm your booking, we match you with an available professional in your area. Same-day service is available in most capital cities when you book before midday. Next-day appointments are almost always available. For standard bookings, you can choose any date and time that suits you, including evenings and weekends. During peak periods such as end of financial year or the Christmas move season, we recommend booking two to three days in advance.
Do I need to provide any tools for furniture assembly?
No. Every Liztty professional arrives fully equipped with all tools required for the job. Our assembly technicians carry cordless drills, a comprehensive bit and socket set, Allen keys, levels, stud finders, wall anchors, safety brackets, rubber mallets, and cleaning supplies. For specialist tasks like TV mounting, they bring appropriate brackets, cable management kits, and masonry drilling equipment. You do not need to supply anything — just show us where the items are and where you want them assembled or installed.
What happens if something is damaged during the job?
Every Liztty professional carries full public liability insurance, which covers accidental damage to your property or belongings during the course of a job. In the unlikely event that something is damaged, report it to our team within 48 hours and we will arrange an inspection, repair, or replacement. Our insurance covers furniture, floors, walls, fixtures, and personal items. We also photograph the work area before and after each job to maintain a clear record.
Can I book multiple services in one appointment?
Absolutely. Many customers combine furniture assembly with delivery, or add TV mounting and picture hanging to an assembly booking. Bundling services into a single appointment is often more cost-effective because it reduces the number of visits. When requesting a quote, simply include all the tasks you need completed and we will provide a combined flat-rate price. Our professionals are multi-skilled and can handle a variety of tasks in one visit, from assembling a wardrobe to mounting a television to installing floating shelves.
